Special Aluminum conductive rod
The inductive keyboard switch doesn’t use magnets; instead, it employs a conductive aluminum rod. When the switch is pressed, the aluminum rod enters the electromagnetic field of the coil, generating eddy currents on its surface.
These eddy currents produce a reverse electromagnetic field, changing the coil’s inductance. A sensor chip captures these subtle changes in inductance in real time, calculating the key travel with extremely high precision.
Because it doesn’t use magnets, it’s completely immune to surrounding electromagnetic interference and temperature fluctuations, resulting in a rock-solid signal.
